TJD 10093-10094 = January 11-12, 1996

During flight software revisions, the TTE data in the second board became
bad at  TJD/sec = 10093/78566
which was during the readout of the first board of TTE of trigger no. 4317
which already had bad data because of a previous problem (boards not
restarted after a short readout).

The problem was fixed at  TJD/sec = 10094/73787
which was after the readout of trigger no. 4336.

Therefore, triggers no. 4317 - 4336 have bad TTE data in the 
second board.  (The TTE data for trigger no. 4317 should be all bad.)
