	MER data, Trigger Number 5004

The change from the first MER accumulation time (16 ms) to the
second MER accumulation time (64 ms) which is supposed to be
exactly halfway through the time history for each energy channel,
i.e., between the 2048th and 2049th data points (where the first 
point is number one, not zero) for each channel, seems to be 
occurring one data point too soon for trigger number 5004.
In other words, for trigger number 5004, the change from the first 
MER accumulation time (16 ms) to the second MER accumulation time 
(64 ms) seems to be occurring between the 2047th and 2048th data 
points for each channel,
